Highland Portfolio

McKinney repositioned a portfolio of Class C office buildings to Class B office buildings in suburban Orange County, California. All of these properties were undermanaged and had deferred maintenance, but were also located in a strong rental market. We oversaw design, construction, leasing, and management of portfolio to a stabilize the assets and sold each property individually to maximize value.
