The Modern Honolulu

The Modern Honolulu includes 360 rooms, a fine dining restaurant, nightclub, spa, gym, banquet space, and two pools with poolside dining and bars. McKinney acquired The Modern Honolulu in 2006 and is the managing partner overseeing project management, construction, and hotel operations. Under our management, The Modern Honolulu was named “The Best Boutique Hotel In Hawaii” by Thrillist, “#2 Ranked Hotel in Honolulu” by TripAdvisor, and “#1 Boutique Hotel in Honolulu” by Hawaii Magazine.
