Typically, we hold an asset for three to five years. The minimum investment is normally $50,000, with some transactions requiring more. We focus on managing and improving the asset to increase its value so there is a substantial profit when the asset is sold.

Every year, McKinney Capital & Advisory analyzes hundreds of properties and selects the best opportunities for investment.
