Supporting Noah Homes at the Annual Summer BBQ & Brewfest
Like-minded individuals joined together to support Noah Homes, a non-profit organization in San Diego
SAN DIEGO, CA | JULY 1st, 2015 McKinney Capital & Advisory visited Spring Valley on June 27th for Noah Homes Summer BBQ & Brewfest. Friends and families enjoyed BBQ, beers from local breweries, and like-minded individuals who joined together to support Noah Homes, a non-profit organization in San Diego. This evening was a celebration of the organization’s progress this past year. Noah Homes was able to raise nearly $200,000 towards its $6.7 million capital campaign to build housing for dementia stricken residents.
Peter Quinn remarks, “I have only been on the Board of Directors of Noah Homes since January 2015, and in this short time I have witnessed community support that is extraordinary.”
McKinney introduced Alexis Parker at Home Aid to Noah Homes which has led to over $1,000,000 in donations and services from development companies and contractors all over San Diego.
Today, the Noah Homes campus is home to 70 full time residents, cared for by a staff of 84 employees. There is currently no facility equipped to handle the developmentally disabled population stricken by dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. In 13 short weeks, Noah Homes has raised over $5 Million dollars and will begin building their Memory Care homes in August-right on schedule.
